Houserules

Please pay attention to the points below

• A maximum of 2 cars may be parked at your holiday home. Possibly. additional cars must be parked in a public parking lot.
• A pet is only allowed if agreed and after payment of the mandatory additional costs. Your pet must be kept on a leash outside our garden. Please do his/her needs outside the park and do not cause a nuisance to local residents. If your pet has relieved itself in the garden, we expect you to clean it up yourself. Your pet must be well-educated and not cause damage to the household effects. A pet should not enter the sleeping quarters and live on (sitting) furniture. We expect you to comply with this. The sauna, etc. are also off limits for your beloved four-legged friend. We do not have facilities such as baskets, blankets, food bowls, etc. for your pet. You need to bring your own stuff for this.
• It is forbidden to smoke in the house.
• No music or other noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.
• Candles cosy, but never leave them unattended.
• Guests are welcome, but visits must be made known to us in advance.
• Our houses are exclusively intended for recreational purposes.
• Please wipe clean on departure. You must remove the used bed linen from the beds and leave it at the bottom of the stairs. Lights off, fridge and freezer empty, dishwasher empty and crockery and cutlery clean in the cupboard.
• Indoor furniture should also remain inside the house, please leave chairs etc. inside.
• Dishwasher / garbage can must be empty before departure, as well as the refrigerator and freezer.
• Bringing along electrical appliances that require a lot of energy (such as heaters/solariums, etc.) is not allowed.
• It is not allowed to charge your electric car at the house.
• Always report damage or breakage.
• If you use our barbecue expect that you leave it clean.
• When using the sauna, please use a towel to sit on for hygiene reasons.
• You may use the fireplace wood. You are of course not allowed to take firewood home with you.
